Andrew Gadoros BA FCA Andrew's accountancy career started in the early 1980s and he became a Chartered Accountant in 1989. Having started in a respected Audit and accountancy firm he has gained vast experience working in both accountancy firms and in commerce. In 1991 Andrew became the Audit Manager for a local firm of Chartered Accountants. His clients ranged from small businesses and up to £10 Million turnover companies and included work spanning the entire tax, audit and management accounting arena. In 1997 he joined the Management team at a West End firm where he worked with an ever widening group of companies and charity organisations, work which now included pensions and compliance issues. After spending a year exploring Australia he took the role of Group Accountant with a local car retailer supporting their growing Citroen dealership division. By 2005 he was Finance Director for the Group for what now was a £35 Million turnover business. |

Richard Mulea AAT Richard's accountancy experience spans more than twenty years and includes work with all sizes of companies. Starting as a junior tax clerk within a large respected tax and accountancy firm in 1983 he quickly rose through the ranks and was soon working in accountancy and auditing. He gained considerable experience looking after sole traders and setting up and supporting the running of small limited companies. |

By 1990 he was a part of the Management team. In 1991 he joined WordPerfect as their Assistant Financial Controller dealing with the entire range of accounting requirements of this fast growing technology company. By 1994 he was a Management Accountant supporting some sixty divisions throughout the companies EMEA operation. Following the merger between WordPerfect and Novell he became Finance Business Analyst for the entire Southern and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (SEEMEA) territories, which was a demanding role involving key communications skills across many cultures. In 2001 Richard took the role of Divisional Financial Controller/Business Analyst for Amey Technology Services Limited, a Division of Amey PLC His responsibilities included Treasury, budget and cash flow for this large organisation with in excess of a £60 million turnover. |

Grant Baskerville Grant's first major accounting role was working with a firm of Chartered accountants where he undertook accounts production and bookkeeping. Between 1981 and 1992 he broadened his experience working for both provincial and London based Chartered firms with an extremely wide range of clients from virtually all industry sectors. During this time he acted as Financial controller for a group of companies in the construction industry and conducted other management roles. |

Between 1992 and 2008 Grant worked as a freelance accountant/bookkeeper and established a reputation as someone who could quickly adapt to all situations and who had expertise in both manual and electronic accounting systems. At times he was engaged to cover management roles where the ability to quickly communicate, understand and adapt to new scenarios was absolutely critical. As well as being an expert with working with small to medium firms, Grant has extensive knowledge and ability with most of the major accounting packages (including SAGE line 50/MYOB/Quickbooks and Viztopia). Grant now joins the core team at ABG Accountancy and has day to day responsibility for communications with our portfolio of clients, preparation and submission of both personal and corporate tax returns and all the associated accounting and reporting and payroll requirements generated by the business. With his comprehensive knowledge of working with HMRC and all types and sizes of clients across a multitude of industry sectors he expands our operational capabilities and helps us deliver the solid accounting services which we offer. |

| Sarah Colwell BA ACA Sarah's Accounting career began in 1988 when she joined Ernst & Young. After completing her professional examinations she worked on audits with a wide range of industries including manufacturing, software development and financial services. |

In 1994 Sarah moved to Dalgety Plc, working in their Audit & Consultancy division which supported an array of the businesses including their FMCG sector, agriculture development and food distribution divisions which required extensive travel across the UK, Continental Europe and the USA. | A year later she was promoted and joined Spillers Petfoods at their European Headquarters in Brussels. This was a time of investment including the acquisition of the Quaker European pet food business. Working with the board she was instrumental in developing a series of measures to streamline reporting, and maximise integration opportunities in a challenging market. | In 1997 Sarah was promoted to Supply Chain Finance Manager during a time of major re-organisation where all aspects of the business were analysed, with control of two major budgets (£25M and £54M). Within a year she became the Marketing Analysis Manager for the Spillers/Friskies Europe business with responsibilities spanning the Pan-European organisation which included financial reporting and analysis and control of a large budget for research, media and advertising. | Sarah now brings her extensive experience of merger, acquisition and restructuring to the ABG Accountancy business, underlining our ability to provide consultancy class capabilities at cost levels more closely associated with a standard accountancy firm. |
